Already have a press release but just need an expert second look and help distributing your release? You’re in the right place.

How it works in four simple steps:

Step 1: Upload you press release as a word document, as well as your logo and accompanying photos in high resolution JPEG/PNG format. Be sure to include your contact information for interested media.

Step 2: Within 2-3 business days, you will receive a preview email of your release. This is what our media contacts, bloggers, podcasters, and other news consumers will see. If you need to make edits, you can make them in this step. This step includes 1 round of edits.

Step 3: CCNS distributes your news release far and wide, including on our own social media channels. We will send you a link to the news release on the CCNS site.

Step 4: We will send you a summary report within 48 business hours with your press release’s open rate and a sampling of media outlets that viewed the release. And that’s it!
