Each short Psalm 119 devotional and reflection entry, relating directly to the reading, assists with a discussion about all the highs and lows of life related to the passage. Mother and daughter(s) are encouraged to discuss the passage as it relates to their own lives. They are then directed to an interactive journal section in the second half of the book where each can write a memorable journal entry, each to the other, based on their discussion, with meaningful words of encouragement. Sandee’s hope and prayer was that this journal exercise would provide mothers and daughters with a treasure of memorable words to reflect on for many years to come.
