It is with deep sadness — and shock — we tell you that Robert White, owner and manager of Canadian Christian News Service (CCNS) passed away suddenly at his home in Guelph, Ontario on Monday, March 8, 2021.
Robert was a consummate journalist who used his formidable talents to communicate and to help others share news about events and situations that impacted Canadian Christians. CCNS was just one of the vehicles he used to move the gospel forward in Canada. It also encapsulated his passionate support and vision for using journalism and news reporting to help further that cause.
We mourn his passing but rejoice that he is now resting and enjoying the presence of his “Editor-in-Chief”. He will be sadly missed by the Christian journalism and writing fraternity in Canada. Please keep his beloved wife, Pamela, and their family in your prayers.
