Roxanne Harris Releases Healing Book on Female Health: Audaciously Alive

WATERLOO, ON – November 24, 2022 – In an attempt to help Christian women who have lost hope and freedom due to illness, Canadian wellness practitioner Roxanne Harris, is releasing her first book, Audaciously Alive (Forefront Books), on January 3, 2023. After a devastating diagnosis of an autoimmune disease, just two weeks after the birth of her fourth child, Roxanne Harris refused to submit to life in a wheelchair and instead began the fight of her life—determined to create beauty from the ashes of disease, broken relationships, and the crippling of her body.

“Audaciously Alive is the story of my journey through the devastating diagnosis of autoimmune disease that ripped my life apart, destroyed relationships, and stole my confidence,” says Roxanne Harris, Author of Audaciously Alive. “My journey highlights how women can embrace themselves and their created purpose and choose to rise above the symptoms or diagnosis and audaciously decide, sometimes moment by moment,  to live well, regardless of their circumstance or situation, empowering them to know that it is possible to say no to sickness and live well.”

In Audaciously Alive, Roxanne shares her pain, the many trials she faced, and her most audacious moments of standing firm and not giving up. She highlights the keys to living well and gives insight and wisdom so that you can better see the traps and speed bumps that could derail you from your own path to recovery. In this book packed with practical tools, Roxanne will help you turn the freight train of your health and life around and get back on track physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

“God asked us to take care of our temples; we have lost touch with what that means,” says Harris. “I am here to empower women how to incorporate simple daily health habits that can help their bodies do what God designed them to do: heal, repair, recover, restore, regenerate and detoxify over and over so that they can live well and regain their life—all of it—and create the beautiful life that they have always wanted to live and that God calls them to.”
